Lauren and Markie

Lauren Ash-Morgan, the Co-Artistic Director of the new theatre company Speech of Fire and served as the Artistic Director of Seoul Shakespeare Company (SSC) from 2014 until 2019. She had been an actor as well as a board member of SSC since the year 2011. In addition to serving as the SSC's Artistic Director, Lauren Ash-Morgan also served in the capacities as producer costumes/set designers, composers/music directors and text coach. While she would usually be the director of her group the first time she was directing was as part of SSC King Lear.
